Style - The sleeveless vest is reversible. You can iron down the flaps to keep them in place one way and when you want to reverse it just iron down the flaps the other way. The vest does not have a closure. The skirt is made of three strips of fabric that are gathered and sewn together.
Fabric - Both fabrics are cotton; one has lots of little white and blue flowers with green leaves on it and the other is plain dark blue.
