The other tabs should be self-explanatory. If you need to ask any questions or need more details, just comment on the page or post you are interested and leave your question with your email address and I will get back to you. - How do we get your products?
First comment on the post you are interested in and leave your phone number or email address (any comment with personal information will never be publicly published). I will then contact you using your information you gave us to get your shipping address and your credit card information (we only take credit cards). I will then send your product to you in the mail.
- How soon should I expect to hear from you?
I try to respond within 24 hours. This does not include Sundays.
- What kind of quality products do you offer?
All seams which are seen are always zigzagged. Some hidden seams are zigzagged also. All hems are turned under twice. All my products are unique and no two are the same. None of my products can be massed produced. I can't guarantee that my products are perfect. But I always do my very best to create and design quality products.
- What are your entrepreneurial goals?
I are working toward designing and creating fabric works of art & collectible doll dresses. As you can probably see I aren't where I want to be yet but I thank you for your help and support along the way. It couldn't happen without you. Thank you for being patient with my mistakes.
- How much is shipping? Can you combine shipping with numerous orders?
This is a handy shipping chart to figure out your shipping costs. My shipping prices depend on the weight of the item you are ordering, so it will vary. The prices below are estimates, your actual total may be slightly different. If you order more than one thing, I will combine your shipping but I can't give a exact total here and we will probably ship your order in something bigger than a large envelope. All prices are for shipping in the U.S for a First Class Mail Large Envelope.

- Can I be emailed whenever you publish a new post?
Yes, just comment on a post and leave your email address with a note that you want to be on my mailing list and I will add you to my list.
To comment on a post or page, scroll to the bottom of the post or page. Click on the "0 (zero or 1 etc.) Comments" link underneath the post or page. A pop-up window will come up showing the comments already made if there are any and a text box where you can write your own comment. Then fill in the word verification box with the letters shown (I have it set on this so I don't get SPAM). Underneath the word verification choose an identity. If you do not have a g-mail account then choose Name/Url and it will give you a box to type in your name. You do not have to put anything in the Url box. Then click Publish. Your comment will not show up until I have seen it (I have it set so I can moderate them) but as long as it does not have any personal information (an email address or phone number), it will be published as soon as I log-in for the day and publish it. - Do you mend or alter things for people who are not geographically close to you?
It would depend on what you were asking me to do. I might be able to do some mending jobs but trying to alter something without you being here to try it on would be too difficult. Just contact me about what you want to done and I’ll see if I can do it for you.
- How soon should we expect our customized order out of your catalog to arrive?
Since each pattern takes a different amount of time to sew, I will give you a time estimate when I receive your order so you can have an idea of when it will be done.
If you order three or more of my products, I will give you a 10% discount off your entire order.
- Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Sew Creative Gift certificates can be for any amount and you can choose to specify what item you wanted to get the recipient if you know what you want to give them but don't know what color combinations they would like. You can give me the information such as their name, the item you would like to get for them (if you know), what amount you want the gift certificate to be for, and your name, then I will send you a nice gift certificate in the mail for you to give your loved one for whatever occasion.
- How do I redeem my gift certificate?
First you place your order and mention that you have a gift certificate and who you received it from. Then you mail me your gift certificate and when I finish your order I will mail your order to you.
